Welcome to our blog!

We are so excited to see what 2010 holds! God was so good to us in
2009 so we are ready to see what He has in store for us. So much has changed since we embarked upon this journey together in 2007. We have made it our goal to be and stay affordable for the everyday family... the everyday families like us. Thank you for
taking the time to visit our new and improved blog. If you are an old client
make sure you check out the banners at the top. You may see your little
ones or even one of yourself. If you are just dropping by to see what
we're all about... take your time! We would love to answer any
questions you may have.

This blog is designed to give sneak
peeks to our current clients and to give you a little peek into our own
personal worlds. With one munchkin each we are constantly learning what being a mommy is all about. We all know it changes from day to day!

Sawyer {As I Grow}

Sawyer was quite possibly the most well behaved newborn EVER. He just slept through his entire session and only made a few peeps. And it doesn’t hurt that he’s absolutely adorable. We can’t wait to watch this little pumpkin grow up into a moving and grooving toddler!

Hamby {Nature Session}

A sweet little a boy with great parents… just what we love. Griffin is such a bubbly baby and has such a great disposition. This makes for a fun session just following him around and making some very interesting noises to get a smile:) The weather was actually bearable so we weren’t dying of heat for once this summer. Fall is just around the corner and we couldn’t be happier!

Reagan {As I Grow}

Lets just say this is perhaps the sweetest baby girl around. One of the perks to our job is getting to watch these precious kiddos grow up. Little miss has changed so much since our first session… still waiting on the hair to come around though:) And her parents are such troopers. It was about a gazillion degrees out there but they came prepared for the heat and didn’t let it stop them!

Summer Mini Sessions

Just in case you were wondering…

Yes, it was 127 degrees outside. And yes, we ran from spot to spot to spot all while staying in our 30 minute time restraints. And yes, we loved every minute with each of our little families. Some we are meeting for the first time while others are old hat at this. We love getting to meet new kiddos and turning them into fans. But we really LOVE it when our regulars jump out of the car yelling our names, or whispering from Miss Lucy:), and give us a big hug. It makes it all worth it!

Payton {Senior Session}

Our weeks have been consisting of lots of seniors lately and we love it! It’s a nice change of pace from our little ones we frequently see. A lot less drool catching, nose wiping and monkey reenactments:) Payton is beautiful inside and out and we really had a great time with her and her sweet momma.

Schultz Family {Nature Session}

This is an awesome family with some pretty cute little girls and cousins are sweet friends that last forever no matter what. We spent the afternoon at Black Fox Farms just running and tickling and laughing all while capturing those moments with them.

Crumbley Girls {Senior Session}

One question… have you EVER seen more beautiful sisters than this?? These girls were so awesome! We traveled from place to place in the July sun doing outfit change after outfit change in the back of mom’s mini van. If we saw a spot they liked we stopped! Mom and Dad did a great job raising two sweet girls, that’s for sure.

Sam {As I Grow}

This little mister has grown so fast over the past year. He started out his life a little earlier than planned but has definitely caught up and hasn’t stopped yet. He is at that age where getting to something he wants doesn’t take very long. No more boundaries and lots more freedom!

Summertime Mini Sessions - Sign up for Summer Evenings in the Field

Over the weekend we took our kiddos out to get a feel for the sun for our upcoming mini sessions. It’s been a while since they’ve graced our blog with their sweetness so we thought we’d give you a taste. How cute are they if I must say so myself?? Hopefully everyone is enjoying their oh so hot summer. We are spending a lot of time in the pool and water in general. It’s about the only way you can stand the afternoon weather! And for those of you who weren’t aware… we are expecting another little sidekick at the end of September. Mary Evelyn is going to have a baby brother and Cade is pretty excited to have some testosterone added to this mix of girls he deals with on a regular basis:)
